Week 8 1/2

So, this is something I definitely said I would NEVER do. However, since I found out I was prego, many, many people have told me to write stuff down. I guess that's what this is all about. I realize that my daily life is not that interesting, especially in the summer. The recliner is basically my best friend during the months of June and July. That has been the case especially this summer because I have been tired all the time. Once I go back to work on August 20th, life is pretty interesting dealing with middle schoolers everyday.

Anyway, back to me writing down stuff about the pregnancy. Let's see...Right now I'm 8 weeks and 5 days along. I feel like I should be more like 15 weeks. It seems like I have been pregnant forever! I was talking to Summer last night because she also found out she was pregnant with Izzy really early, about how different it is when you find out early on. According to the doctor, I found out around 4 weeks. I really thought I was farther along when we took the test, but after going to the doctor I really wasn't. It's still strange to me that there is a baby inside me...sometimes, I even forget. I can't complain too much at this point. I have been nauseous, but have not throw up (thank you Lord). I do heave over the toliet every morning though. I get nauseous throughout the day, but nothing has come up yet! My nose is on overdrive, which is what makes me gag half the time. Of course, I am tired all the time. It seems I'm working through that pretty well though, but I haven't started back to work yet. We'll see how that goes in two weeks. My boobs aren't too sore, either that went away or I have just gotten used to it. I don't feel like they are growing either, but they have always been large, so who knows. My face was extremely broken out a couple weeks ago, but it has now cleared up--Such a relief! I guess those are my only major symptoms.

Chase is doing great. He is so supportive and caring. It makes me really excited to see how excited he is about the pregnancy. We were supposed to have another doctor's appointment on Tuesday, but it was cancelled, so we don't go until Wednesday. I was a little sad because I want to see TT (Tiny Tanner) again. So, I can't wait till Wednesday!!!
