The Baby Diaries

Last night I was blessed to be invited, as Pam Edwards date, to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. Actually, John invited Chase, but Chase knew I liked them and he got to go with John, Janna, and Pam last year, so he let me go instead. Such a great husband. We went to Larry and Pam's for dinner first (we were supposed to go out, but since Pam just got out of the hospital we stayed in), then rode the SHCC bus to the show. I didn't even think about the loudness and the baby until the show started. It was SO LOUD!!!! I enjoyed it, but thought it would have been just as good had it not been as loud. It really made Colt jump in my belly though. It was funny, he would jump and kick when the music started, then he would get used to it and calm down, but as soon as the loud started up again, he would jump and kick again!! It's so strange to have a little human in there! According to John, maybe I should have taken some ear muffs for my belly...
