So, two Saturdays ago we had our childbirth class at St. Francis. It was very informative and we both learned a lot. At one point we watched a vaginal birth on video. One of the ladies in the class had to get up and leave, it was crazy! There was also a girl that was 17 and pregnant! She was there with her mom. I can't imagine going through all this at 17. We also met a really nice couple: Jason and Nicole. We're supposed to go to dinner with them soon.
We talked about breathing and how to use your breathing to control the pain in the contractions. We are supposed to be practicing at home, but that hasn't happened yet! Haha!
The class made me more excited than ever for Colt to be here!
