Trick-or-Sick

Hopefully I am done with the blogging hiatus that I was on. It's been a busy past couple of weeks.

We had Halloween, which was a lot of fun this year. Colten dressed up as Charlie Brown. He was so cute! I knew I needed a costume that didn't involve anything on his head, face, or that he had to carry and I think he looks a lot like Charlie Brown. He was really cute! I was able to turn his stroller into Snoopy's dog house, and we had a stuff Snoopy/Woodstock that rode in the stroller when Colten didn't want to. It was so cute! We were able to go to HalloMarine at the Aquarium, the Harvest Celebration at Carbondale, and trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. Little Man had so much fun! Hope your Halloween was as great as ours!

So, Halloween was on Monday, and on Tuesday Little Man started not feeling well so we went to visit Dr. Raley. All night on Monday night he was wheezing and coughing. As you can guess, it was a rough night. After about an hour at Dr. Raley's, we found out that he had an ear infection and the croup. I didn't even know that croup was a real sickness...Shows what I know. He got a breathing treatment and steroid shot at Dr. Raley's, then an antibiotic prescription. He fell asleep during the breathing treatment and slept all through lunch afterward.

He missed a good lunch at Baja Jacks and luckily he was feeling much better by Wednesday, but it was scary there for a while.
