Back in the swing...

So, back to work this week. Wednesday was my first day. I didn't cry, not one single tear. I was sad and I missed him all day, but I didn't cry. Shocking...Yes, I know. I think my kids were excited to see me; however, working the past few days confirmed in my mind that I had made the right decision to stay at home next year. I love my job, and I love the people I work with, but the kids...I'm not so much attached.

He has been great with Grammie the past few days and she has really enjoyed him. I'm glad she is getting to spend time with him, but I'm looking forward to school being over. I only have 9 days with the kiddos and 10 days total, then I'M DONE and I get to be Colt's full time mommie!!!

So, by last night, I was exhausted. Colt must have known. He slept from 11:00 till 5:00 this morning. When he woke up at 5, I gave him his binky and he slept till 6:00. I fed him at 6 and he went back to sleep until 10! My baby knows his momma and knows I needed the rest! Man I love that little guy!!
