All Night Long!!!

My baby slept through the night last night!

Chase gave him a bottle around 10:00 and he drank about 3 oz. He then fell asleep around 11:00. We swaddled him, and covered him up with a hat on because it was supposed to get down to 42 degrees last night. So, I woke up at 12:30, then again at 2:30 because he was whining for his pacifier. I got up and put in the binky, both times expecting him to cry a few minutes later wanting to eat! I would lay down, thinking I would be getting up again, only to wake up hours later. Finally at 6:00 this morning, he starting whining again. I could maybe/possibly have pacified him with the binky, but I was a little worried because it had been 8 hours since he'd eaten and he'd slept for 7 hours. So, I went ahead and got him up and fed him. At that point, he fell back asleep and slept until 9:00!

What's funny is that as much as I wanted him to sleep through the night, when I got up at 6:00 to feed him, I actually felt like I had missed him through the night. I didn't get to see him every 3 hours like I normally do. Don't get me wrong, I want him to sleep!!! Overall, it was a great night!!
