What a tease...

So the whole, "Look mom! I can sleep through the night!" was a total tease. Since Monday night, we have once again been up every three hours to eat and get a diaper change. Maybe I shouldn't have said that I missed seeing him throughout the night, or maybe he just missed seeing me too! I was really hoping last night would be a Monday repeat because it was midnight before the little man fell asleep; however, we were up at 3 and 6. He's still sleeping now, but I'm sure that will change soon enough. Oh well!

So, here's a first...Yesterday mom and I went and ran a bunch of errands that I neeeded to run. We went to Kohl's, BabiesRUs, Macy's, and Sam's. Wouldn't you know it that the little bugger wanted to eat...IN THE MIDDLE OF MACY'S! I seriously didn't want to go sit in the dressing room for 20 mins and stare at the wall, so I just went in the dressing room, got him on, then walked around the store with a blanket covering him. I learned two things yesterday doing this: 1) 11 lbs is a lot to lug around while trying to keep afore said 11 lbs attached to a nipple--In other words you have to be really coordinated!! 2) Generally once people figure out what you are doing under the blanket, they turn and make a beeline for the other direction! Maybe I should start taking a bottle with me when we are going to be gone all day long. However, despite breast feeding in Macy's, we had a really fun day though.
