I cannot believe that it was 12 months ago, I felt really pregnant, and was celebrating and anxiously preparing for Colten's arrival.
I cannot believe that it was 11 months ago when we were putting the finished touches on the nursery, hanging all his new clothes in his closet, and so excited to meet him!
I cannot believe that it was nearly 10 months ago, I was heading to the hospital to be induced, and before I knew it (with almost no pain) I had a beautiful, healthy, perfect newborn boy in my arms.
I cannot believe that it was 9 months ago I learned how wonderful it is to be a mom and realized how blessed I really am.
I cannot believe that it was 8 months ago, I quit my job to be a full-time stay at home momma to Colten. It was the best decision I have ever made!
I cannot believe that it was 7 months ago, when we took Colten swimming in the pool for the first time and he loved it!!
I cannot believe that 6 months ago, little man started rolling over. He has always been so curious of the world around him and wanted to see what was going on!
I cannot believe that it was 5 months ago, when we took Colten to the lake for the first time! He wore his lifejacket and got to sit in the water. He loves the water!!
I cannot believe that it was 4 months ago when he started eating things other than my milk. It has only progressed from there until now he is eating everything in sight!
I cannot believe that it was 3 months ago when Colten started saying Dada, and other syllables all the time!
I cannot believe that it was 2 months ago my little man started crawling and actually became mobile. Our lives will never be the same!
I cannot believe that it was a month ago that we were awaiting Christmas and a visit from Santa. Colten must have been good this year because he got way too many gifts!
I cannot believe that now, I still have a healthy, happy baby who can crawl, pull-up, give high fives, wave bye-bye, give kisses, knows his momma and daddy, and is overall perfect (if I do say so myself).
What a great year! the past 12 months have gone by way too fast, but I am really looking forward to what 2011 holds!!
