Pictures and Parenthood

Annette came over today to take Colt's newborn pictures. It was really fun to try to get him to pose and everything. I really hope she was able to get some good ones of the three of us that we can put up around the house. Mom, Mindie, Trav, and Claire also came over for the fun! I think we got some really cute ones of Claire and Colt.
I can't wait to see how they turn out.

After the pictures, I left Colt with Chase and went to Easton's baby shower. It was really hard to leave him but I know he's in the best hands (unless he poops, since Chase has sworn off dirty diapers). My boys did fine while I was gone. It makes me a little sad to know that I'm maybe not needed as much as I like to think I am, but I am really, really glad that Chase is doing such an AMAZING job with him! I couldn't ask for a better husband, father, and partner on this strange new journey called parenthood.
