Great Day!

On Friday we had a play date with our friends Beckett and Annie. Mimi, Nana (Rita), and Claire came too, and of course, Annie had Miles. :) Initially, we were going to meet for brunch, then decided to just do an early lunch at Chick-Fil-A, and finally ended up deciding to head over to Rita's house and let the kids play, then send the grandma's to go pick up lunch. It worked out perfectly! The kiddos had a lot of fun playing together...


But, their favorite part was the popcicles that were enjoyed after lunch....
I think this was the only time these two sat still all day long. We had such a great time, as always with Beckett, Miles, Claire, Annie, Mimi, and Rita. Hopefully we can get together again soon!

On our way home, I stopped and bought some sand to go in Colten's water table/sandbox. We have not had water in it in a while, and now that the temperatures are slowly getting cooler, I thought he would enjoy some sand. He LOVES it!! As much as he is a water baby, I think he would have been much happier with the water table if we had put sand it in from the start!



Friday was a really great day!!
